RevoPower is currently evaluating potential dealers to make up a worldwide dealer network. The following are the minimum criteria for becoming a RevoPower dealer:

• Must currently have, or plan to have, a retail establishment in a populous area;

• Must have, or have access to, competent technical staff for installation, service and
warranty work;

• Must be willing to commit to a minimum of between 50 and 100 units annually, in
quarterly shipments, depending upon geographic location;
